Quality & Regulatory Affairs
Product quality and compliance are our first priority
Quality is the cornerstone of all of our activities, we work every day to develop and execute targets to mitigate risks, meet regulatory requirements and sustain service excellence. We have a dedicated Quality and Regulatory Team which ensures that all of our activities comply with international and regional legislation. As a team, we work with other departments to drive continuous improvement into processes and to make sure compliant and uninterrupted commercial supply is maintained at all levels.
We provide in a proactive way the needed advice to all partners along the supply chain to help them to ensure their safety and health, as well as the protection of the environment.
Responsible Care is the global chemical industry’s voluntary initiative to promote sustainable development of the chemical industry.
The initiative, sponsored in Italy by Federchimica and AssICC, allows to measure the environmental commitment and behavior aimed to both safety and health with consistent and comparable standards.
The program has already been adopted by more than ten thousand companies in over sixty countries around the world.
Conscious of the great importance of these topics, we are proud to have joined the initiative, promoting safe operating procedures with great attention to the environment and future generations of human beings.
The Registration, Evaluation, and Authorization of Chemicals (REACH) was introduced by the European Union to ensure a high level of protection for human health and the environment, to improve the communication of information on handling chemical products.
Ensuring full REACH compliance for all the products we supply is vitally important to us and to our customers alike. Recently the framework of REACH implementation efforts is shifting away from registration and at this regard our regulatory team is actively monitoring all related activities in order to comply with future REACH obligations across all relevant functions. Moreover we're also keeping an eye on REACH-like regulations in other countries and zones, including Korea and Turkey.
